For the ant cake, whisk egg yolks with powdered sugar and whipped cream until foamy. Beat the egg whites, mix the flour with the baking powder and chocolate sprinkles and add to the egg whites alternately with the whites.

Pour into a greased springform pan and bake at 180 °C top and bottom heat for 40 minutes. Test with chopsticks! Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out.

Preparation Tip:

Also very good with raisins, or omit the chocolate sprinkles, very quick to prepare and a very moist cake!
