Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:

Dice meat and peeled onions. Cut peppers and peppers into strips.

Serve with long grain rice.

* instead of 1 quart water, make gravy according to package directions.

* perhaps add peppers and pecoroni a little later so they still have a little bite
