Preheat the oven to 210 °C. The fire patties will be even better if you bake them on a hot stove top.

Roll out the bread dough into 4 very thin patties (about 2 mm) about 20-25 cm in diameter. Bake on the stovetop or in the oven until the dough blisters and becomes crispy. Turn at least once in between.

In the meantime, finely chop the chives. Brush the finished baked fire patches with sour cream and sprinkle with chives and paprika powder.

Preparation Tip:

The bread dough is best to buy at the bakery. If you like, you can also mix the sour cream with finely chopped or squeezed garlic.
