Heat butter in frying pan and brown chicken breasts on both sides. Remove chicken breast from frying pan. Deglaze pan with whiskey and juice of one lemon. Fold in whipping cream and mustard and bring to a brief boil while stirring. Season vigorously with salt and freshly ground pepper. Chicken breasts in the sauce at low heat again.
