Cut pumpkin in half and remove seeds. Coarsely grate, salt and let stand for about 10 minutes.

Squeeze the pumpkin well and mix in a bowl with cream cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley and the spices. Let swell for another 5 minutes.

Form balls with wet hands, flatten and fry in Philips Airfryer hot air fryer (with a tsp of olive oil) at 180 °C for 6-7 minutes on the grill tray. Turn and fry for another 6-7 minutes on the second side.

Keep the finished pumpkin pancakes warm and repeat with the remaining mixture until everything is used up and made into pumpkin pancakes.

Preparation Tip:

It goes excellently with a large portion of leaf salad and tartar sauce.
