Instructions:

Peel apples, remove core, cut apples in half diagonally and place in a greased gratin dish. Sprinkle apples with juice of one lemon and port wine.

Mix almond kernels with raisins, oat flakes and honey and fill the amount into the apples. put in the preheated oven.

Stir milk with cornstarch, egg yolks, sugar and vanilla pulp and let it cool down.

Whip egg whites with sugar until stiff and pour over the top.
