Dice the rolls, bake in the oven. Fry the finely chopped onion and parsley in butter and add to the rolls. Mix the milk with the eggs and add, season with salt and finally add the flour. Form medium sized dumplings, put them in boiling salted water and let them stand for about 10-15 minutes.

If the quantity is too soft, add flour, if it is too firm, add fat.
