Cut the dough in half in the middle. For the decoration, cut a strip about 2cm wide from one half. Place the smaller half on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread with tomato puree so that about 2cm edge remains free. Cover with half of the tuna. Later, layer sliced mozzarella, spices, tomatoes, shrimp, olives and the rest of the tuna on top.

Brush edge with egg and place second half of dough as a lid. Press edge well smooth with index finger, brush with egg and add decorations.

Brush everything repeatedly with egg and bake in a heated oven at 220 degrees for about 35 min.
