Clean the oyster mushrooms and chamgignons and cut them into small pieces. Rinse and dry the basil sprigs and coarsely chop the leaves with your fingers. Rinse the lemongrass, peel the garlic and onion. Rinse chili peppers, remove stems. Clean galangal. Finely chop garlic, chili peppers, lemongrass, onion and galangal. Bring clear soup to a boil.
