For the homemade lemon sugar, peel the lemons very thinly with the zester.
Place the strips on a glass plate and possibly put them on the radiator or let them dry in a warm room. This will take about 24 hours.
Mix the sugar with the juice of one lemon and let the mixture dry on a plate as well.
Chop the sugar plate and the dried lemons very finely in a blitz chopper, put the lemon sugar in jars and label them.
Preparation Tip:
Homemade lemon sugar is a very nice gift for amateur bakers, but you can also give the sugar very well with a bag of tea.
