For the chive muffins, wash potatoes, boil for 20 minutes, peel and press through potato ricer while still warm.

Grease muffin tin and refrigerate. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Peel and press garlic. Wash, dry and finely chop chives.

Put potato mixture with garlic, chives, egg, 50 g cheese and sour cream in a bowl and mix. Sift flour and baking powder over it.

Season with salt and pepper and knead. Form 12 balls from the mixture and place them in the muffin tin. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

Bake the chive muffins for 20-25 minutes and serve warm.

Preparation Tip:

If you like it hearty, you can also add some ham or bacon to the mixture for the chive muffins.
