For the pasta with chicken breast, first cook the pasta according to package instructions. Clean the mushrooms and cut into strips. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop finely. Wash chicken breast fillet, pat dry and cut into approx. 1 1/2 cm cubes.

Heat vegetable cream in a large pan, add chicken and fry over medium heat for about 10 minutes, remove from pan. Saute mushrooms, onions and garlic in drippings until all moisture has evaporated.
