For the croissant casserole, cook the croissants according to package directions. In the meantime, cut the onion and bell bell pepper into small cubes.

Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onion, add the bell bell pepper and pour the tomato paste.

Season with oregano, salt and pepper and cook gently for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the sausage and mix it into the tomato sauce along with the croissants.

Pour into 2 small casserole dishes (or one large one) and pour the sour cream on top. Finally, put the toast cheese on top and bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
