Instructions:

Preheat oven in time to 200 °C (gas: level 4).

Briefly steam the mushrooms in the heated light butter (I) until soft.

Grease a flat, ovenproof dish with light butter (Ii). Sprinkle with cheese (I). Crack eggs into the mold like fried eggs (egg yolks should be whole).

Spread mushrooms evenly on top.

Spread whipped cream whisked with salt and pepper evenly on top, sprinkle with cheese (Ii). Cover with lid. Bake in heated oven at 200 degrees on the middle shelf for 20 minutes. Remove the lid and bake for another 5 minutes.

Serve garnished with tomatoes.

Serve with Tomato salad and strong white bread
