Instructions:

For the gingerbread, knead all the ingredients for the dough and let rest for half an hour. For the filling, mix together jam, aranzini, candied lemon peel, raisins and nuts. Roll out the dough and cut it in half.

Put one half of the dough on the baking sheet, spread the filling on it, then put the second half of the dough on top of it and bake at 190°C.

When cool, cut into slices.

Preparation Tip:

If you wish, you can cover the gingerbread with chocolate icing after it has cooled.
