For the mango curry sauce, peel the mangoes, remove the core and cut the flesh into pieces. Puree finely with a hand blender or in a food processor. Stir the pineapple juice and curry powder into the mango puree and season with salt and pepper.

Preparation Tip:

The mango curry sauce goes great as a dip with lamb kebabs or with beef. For a little more spice, you can add some fresh chopped coriander to this recipe.
