Try this delicious cake recipe:

Prepare dough one day in advance: Whip egg whites with cold water until stiff. Add sugar and vanillin sugar. Stir in egg yolks.

Mix flour with cornstarch and baking powder and sift into the mixture. Carefully fold into the egg mixture. Mix in the lukewarm butter. Pour the dough into a greased springform pan.
