For the roast pork, first prepare the marinade. To do this, put olive oil, orange juice, mustard, herbs, spices and 1 tsp salt in a bowl and mix well.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into equal pieces and add them to the bowl with the marinade. Mix well so that all potato pieces are moistened with the marinade.

Remove the potatoes from the marinade and place in the slow cooker. Rub the loin all over with salt and pepper and pour some marinade over it.

Put the meat with the fat on top of the potatoes and pour the rest of the marinade over it. Put the lid on and let it cook for about 7 to 8 hours on LOW!

Arrange the roast pork with side dishes of your choice and serve.

Preparation Tip:

The roast pork can still be enjoyed cold.
