Mix the contents of the bag in 1/2 liter of cold water, bring to a boil on 3 or automatic heat 12 and make 3 min stirring to 0. Season with port wine.
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into quarters. Roast in hot fat on 3 or possibly automatic heat 12. Season with salt, pepper and thyme.
Add whipped cream to soup, divide evenly among 4 cups or plates, sprinkle with mushrooms and parsley and serve.
